Greetings Freelancers,

I am working on a new project with a designer and I need someone who is good with graphics/design to make changes or create from scratch an image. The current image can be found at and under “How we do it” section

The image needs to gel with the current color scheme and look professional.

There is an opportunity for more work when I get to the sub-pages.

Need iPad developer (dedicated work) for 12 hours (divided into 2-3 days) or 1 full day.
Need to liaison with our developer on phone and be able to explain most of the things like

– Opening doc, pdf and xls files in ipad app
– Database backend programming, so that whatever we upload on the backend is shown in the ipad app
– pulling XML chart

Need this done asap.
Max budget is $200.

I am revising my website, so I need a new header and footer, and a blank template page incorporating them both. The website currently runs on IIS as ASP (not ASP.net), so the includes should be .inc files, and the template page should be a .ASP page.
