Text hover effect like zoom / stretch

I’ve been trying to find a solution to this all day today. I give up now.

I can’t even describe this effect.

When you move the mouse over the “Huncwot” text, it zooms / stretches.

Would you have any tips on where and with what keywords to search for a solution to this?
