How can I change the paths of files globally in a react project?

I have very much medias in my project. They are saved in “C:Media” folder. But the url comes to me as “/Files” by the service.
Exp: files saved in “C:Mediaimg.jpg” but it cames “/Files/img.jpg”

how can I change path reading generally “/Files” to “C:Media”. with webpack or without webpack.
