Is using machine learning in javascript a good implemenation? [closed]

On the web, I say so many of them use JavaScript libraries to solve real-world problems so. is it a good approach to solve it by using the JavaScript libraries, or is it important to solve a real-world problem without using any of the libraries or by our own custom code which method id good?
