How can i integrate a c and c++ sdk or a c# solution in my javascript application?

I am not a C, C++ or C# professional. How can I integrate this SDK https://github.com/mrlitong/TWAIN-SDK written in C and C++ or this https://github.com/cyanfish/naps2 written in C# in my javascript application?
