While displaying a map from openweathermap.org, bottom of map gets hidden (javascript – windows)

We are using javascript to display a map, which looks great, but when something above it pushes the map down, the bottom of the map gets hidden by the element below it. Also, using pretty standardd bootstrap

I was expecting the map to push down visual elements, below it.
