slider move till the center of the desktop not to top when i clicked

First of all, I tried to do by CSS but, it’s not happen here.
when I clicked on menu where are title of that page, that section scroll up but the my header is sticky, so the section title has being hidden behind header.

I need slider can move only to the middle of the page so, the title can see.
