–watch/-w can be omitted, JSON Server 1+ watches for file changes by default

i have a problem when i use npm:
–watch/-w can be omitted, JSON Server 1+ watches for file changes by default
please helps me:<

i update node.js and changes content database.json but fail.i search problem but none of it is accurate
