Photoshop:
Included are 3 PSD files, one for each size 16×16, 32×32 and 64×64. Don’t worry, as long as you keep the progression of doubles, you can easily get 128×128, 256×256 etc.
Illustrator:
If you aim toward really high sizes, you are equipped with 340 individual vector (.ai) files for each icon.
Transparent PNG:
For web use, you also have all the icons sliced individually in PNG 24-bit format. Included are black and white variants for each size, 16×16, 32×32 and 64×64, which in total turns out to be 2040 icons.
Make sure you check this set from time to time, as it can grow spontaneously.
