2. Using the styles?
To add the style pack, make double click in the file ( Pressed And Embossed Text Styles.asl)
then go to the ( styles palette ) in Photoshop, the styles are already there ready for use.
Ps: If you want the same effect shown in the file Pressed And Embossed Text Styles.psd
just drag and drop the chosen text to your design and edit them!
