This topography poster will accept any photo and turn it into a word-cloud artwork – perfect for film posters, book covers, event flyers, etc. 8.5”x11”, CMYK with croplands and color bleeds.
To replace image, expand layer folder called “image_and_adjustments” and right click on a layer marked in red called “image Holder_RightClick_replaceContents” and choose “EDIT contents”, then PASTE your image in the folder called “paste image here”, save, close the window.
There are some adjustment layers (3rd layer group from the top called “adjustments” ) – you can play with it’s opacity levels. Also, inside “image_and_adjustments” there are few adjustment layers that control contrast – you can see if your image looks better with those enabled or disabled. Generally the one named Treshold you want to leave enabled, they turn the image into the hi-contrast b/w image which helps in this case.
You will notice the folder group (marked in purple) called “RED_grunge_effect”. Try enabling/disabling or changing blend mode to get the best effect (it’s the red and black splash seen in all my examples).
There is a folder on top called “Orange”. That’s the color on top of the banner.You can change it’s hue (ctrl+U) to ft your project better (see my examples).
