The PSD file is setup at 2625px x 3375px (8.5”x11” with .25” bleeds) CMYK 300DPI
The PSD is well organised and the important folders are highlighted with different colors, and labelled in capital letters.
The free fonts used in the design are:
Olney: which can be downloaded here – http://www.dafont.com/olney.font
Strasua: Which can be downloaded here – http://www.dafont.com/strasua.font
You can use any text/font for the title and the effect will stay the same.
