Customer Support Person Reqd.
We have a site called www.clautoresponder.com, the site has got number of users. We have recently started a support department for which we require a skilled person who has a good experience of customer support, email writing, and CRM software such as vtiger. The job is simple and requires quick reply, as quick as possible. You need to answer the following questions in you cover letter.
1. Do you have any prior experience of customer support? If yes please state where ?
2. Are you familiar with CRM such as vtiger and its “support” component ?
3. Are you familiar with support via token system? If yes please elaborate ? If you have read the description till this point write glory at the top of your cover letter.
4. Have you passed any “email etiquette test” ?
