Encode Psd To Drupal
We need a vendor to slice one psd into Drupal. The following functionalities are required:
1) Two drop down navigation
2) Manual scrolling images in a panel
3) Mouse hover effect
4) Create drop down menu for homepage also
Page needs to adhere to XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS level 2.1 W3C standards.
