starting an internet radio station and need to get a website up and running. already have the domain name and hosting but need someone to build it. have no idea what the “going” rate for something like this would be and am not rich but definitely dont want to offend anyone by putting a budget on here. really just looking for someone to create the beginning of the site since we are just starting out and possibly do further work for me as it expands. NEED TO GET UP AND RUNNING ASAP!
