High Quality Flash Web Design

I own a swoopo clone/ penny auction script. At the moment it’s in the development stage of the website. I currently have someone working on the bug fix, and I would like to get the website to look o and new. As you are all aware there is growing popularity in penny auction websites, and a lot of them out there. This is why I am looking to make it have its own style and so that it will encourage users to my website. I have been looking around and have found a very high quality website to base it on. However I have a few changes that I would like to do to it, which I will explain below. The website is http://www.2advanced.com/#home take a look and bid accordingly.

This project is for a Professional, high quality web design only. Please bid your price and timeframe for a custom, high quality design. You will have needed to work with penny auctions before and flash, CSS, HTML.
As I have stated above the website I want to make look like is http://www.2advanced.com/#home, however I only want the features from this website, for example the way it uploads and the loading bar at the bottom of the page, and the contact form and the top bar, ECT. As for the back Ground, I want it to look like the attached file, accept with my own logo in it and I would also like it to be moving the style of the first few seconds of this> http://www.roussev.org/flash/rings.swf. However you will need to make it from scratch to avoid any copywriter laws.
– ALL GRAPHICS USED IN YOUR DESIGN MUST HAVE THE RIGHTS SECURED FOR USE IN A COMMERCIAL WEBSITE OR CREATED FROM SCRATCH WITH ALL RIGHTS TRANSFERRED TO THE CLIENT.
– ALL DESIGNS WILL BE CONSIDERED WORK MADE FOR HIRE, MEANING YOU ARE TRANSFERRING ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE CLIENT, AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST THESE IN YOUR ‘PORTFOLIO’ OR ‘TESTIMONIALS’ OR OTHERWISE.
– IF YOU FAIL TO MEET ANY OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS FOR A SINGLE DESIGN OR CLIENT OR FAIL TO HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS TO US AS DETAILED ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID AND WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED.
With all that said, I WILL NOT TOLERATE TROLLING. I will remove ANY bids that are placeholders/copy&paste or PMs that are useless to me.
