Penny Auction Webpage
I am looking for someone to create a penny auction website, like bidrivals.com, ect
Looking for these:
• Bidder registration, confirmation e-mail, e-mail verification, password reminder;
• Ability to bid on a live product instantly by prepaid bids (or by SMS);
• Automated bidding (Autobid, Bid Butler). Customers are able to use an Autobid function to
enable the system to bid on their behalf within set of parameters (i.e. maximal number of
bids prepared to make on a product). The site accounts for all automated bids before closing
an auction and declaring a winner;
• Ability to pay for the won product online;
• Administration back end; ability to upload product details and control all aspects of the site;
• Full statistical information: ability to access a client account and see:
a) What bids they have purchased,
b) How many they have used,
c) What autobids they have placed,
d) How much money they have spent on buying bids,
e) On which dates they spent that money,
f) What items they have bid on,
g) What items they have won;
• Product Inventory (add a product/item once and then create as many auctions as you want)
• Ability to send newsletters, for all customers, for them, who ordered, or to selected customers;
ability to select them according to their payments, logins and wins;
• Managerial statistics;
• Future and finished auctions’ pages or panels (according to the design);
• Ability to add delivery fee;
• Ability for the customer to track delivered items
• Additional page content: dynamic pages (e.g. About us, Terms, Disclaimer, etc.)
• Different design templates
• Credit card payment processing included (by PayPal).

Customer receives X bids for free when register;
Customer receives X bids for free when he buy first bidding package;

Product categories – drop-down menu;
-Also someone to install on server.
