I am looking for someone that can help 30a Television create a tv show channel on itunes — or video podcast

Basic XML rss feed
We can convert and add the videos ourselves
so teh php just needs to call the path URL to the video
its not required for converting
So, whats needed is
1) set up itunes account for 30atv
2) build php admin system to create and post to the XML feed when a new video is added
3) help with XML feed creative design of page to make look pretty
4) build Iphone App to connect to the XML feed to display logos etc
must supply:
examples of work in PHP
and
Iphone apps
and
Design
this project should take 10 days or less to complete
if not possible for this timeframe please do not bid
