Screenshot Of Streaming Video

I need to record streaming windows media player of large number of streams then make thumbnail of them.I need a software to do all this.
first browse the streaming URL then record 10 sec or so and then save image files in a folder then move on to next URL ,record and repeat till all the Urls are processed.
