Hello,

we are a new york based technical firm and need you to help us with our client’s technical issues via remote pc access, email, chat and phone call such as:

1) setting up email accounts for exchange 2007 via a web based control panel (hosted exchange)
2) instruct and guide user how to setup outlook 2007 or connect directly to user’s PC and get it fixed.
3) You must be familiar with blackberry email setup
4) You must be familiar with activating blackberry with enterprise data plan for over the air sync (all infrastructure is provided you just need to
a. Add email account
b. Add blackberry account
c. Create pin
d. Tell the client to enter PIN into his blackberry
e. Tell client fist that he needs to upgrade his blackberry data plan from BIS to BES with the phone provider.
f. You must know how to sync his contacts from blackberry to his outlook 2007 before you do a blackberry enterprise activation, otherwise the contacts and calendar entries etc will get erased.

5) You will not be setting up servers and you will not be setting up blackberry enterprise servers
6) Most clients that switch to Exchange Email come from POP3 email environment. You must be able to take his old emails and import it to his new exchange email using outlook 2007.

7) Other tasks can include trouble shooting PC issues such as reinstalling or fixing drivers, removing virus, installing softwares like Norton etc and general other PC related issues that you can look up for a solution and fix the client’s PC. Then write up an email and provide step by step instructions (maybe include screenshots) for the client so he can resolve the issue.

8) We have many web based applications for our clients. You might be asked to login and delete a record if you get a cancellation request from the customer. (very easy and you will be shown how to do it)

9) ALSO, Please indicate if you have experience with any of the following:
a. Domain Name DNS records like
b. A Record,
c. CNAME,
d. MX Records
e. WHM control panel for Linux servers
f. Troubleshooting Linux server for slow speed
g. Creating SP records and key’s for spam policy
h. Cpanel
i. Sharepoint (hosted)
j. Blackberry troubleshooting (not receiving emails, dealing with service books)
k. Iphone email setup

Communication requirement:

Email: (65%)

you will be provided with an email address that you can use to write back and forth to customer

Remote Assistant and chat (20%)

Let us know if you have any preferred method of remote assistant. We can provide you with gotoassist

Phone via skype number (15%)

you MUST have a clear and easy to understand English accent and be able to write/chat in English without any issues.

We will give you a tour and basic training before you actually start with the work.

There might be 1 incident per day if at all. We have an average of 20 cases per month.

we prefer to pay fixed amount per month of $150 – $350 based on your experience.

Or $8 per hour (min 1 h) – total hours per month cannot exceed $300
