I need a PROGRAM (not api that routes to humans who type in the captcha) that decodes / decrypts / performs OCR (optical character recognition) on images from popular classified sites such as CL and BP.
I have code in C++ that uses Tesseract and ImageMagik+ that workED on their older captcha’s. They changed them back in late 2007, and made them use the “recaptcha” system. I am unable to beat it.
If you have beaten it, or think you can… I’m willing to pay.

Program should have a 70% or better success rate, meaning 7 out of 10 ENTIRE PHRASES are decoded well enough to be accepted my the captcha system. (Some of them are a little bit lenient but not very).

THIS PROJECT MUST BE DONE AS A WHOLE, AND NOT REQUIRE USE OF A OUTSIDE WEBSITE TO DECODE THE IMAGE, ESPECIALLY IF THAT WEBSITE REQUIRES LOGIN INFORMATION OR PAYMENTS.
