Project will be assigned to a coder with experience in jQuery. I need some jquery effects to add to other project. I have a sample site to show you the exact effects I need.

I need a programmer that can prepare a simple template in jQuery with same effects in menu and background slideshow. The effects will be the following:
1-) Slideshow in the background that could show images and videos. Everything will be streched to fill the screen
2-) Menu at center of the screen aligned to the right, when there is a click over the option the selected option must be hidden and move to the left and a new layer appear with text under the menu.
3-) Menu at the top that show a new layer with a dark gray background over the slideshow
