I need to develop three size adapations for the following attached flash banner, in order to create 3 new banners. The sizes of the new banners will be

728×90
The animation / style will remain the same. It’s basically a resizing of the current banner flash. I can provide the original images if necessary, as well as the font.
It is a very small budget project, so, please keep that in mind. This needs to be done by Thursday.
