I need a simple script set up that will rotate two different urls on a website evenly whether it’s on the same computer or a different one. In other words if the two pages that I want displayed are www.google.com and www.msn.com, if visitor one lives in California and clicks on the link, they’ll see google, then if visitor two lives in New York and clicks on the same link, they’ll see msn.
To make it very clear, if the site using the script has several visitors, #1 sees page one, #2 sees page two, #3 sees page one, etc.

I will need full resale rights for the script. The script will need to be a downloadable script so that the end user can upload it to their server.
I will definitely have more projects in the future, so if you do a good job with this project, we’ll have more work in the future.
