Basically i have a banner which has 4 icons, what i want done is when mouseover the icon,
The icon will move up enlarge and the description of the icon will be displayed, thats all i require.
This is for someone who can do this fast and without any problems. I have the PSD of the image with the layers so you can easily work on the flash.
