We need modifications to an online form:
1) One field needs a drop-down box with 6 Options to choose from.
2) If one of the options in 1) above is selected then a number must be inserted in another existing field on the form.
3) We have three other options to choose from. If the user does not select one of the radio buttons then the user must be informed to select an option before re-submitting the online form.
4) One of the fields must only allow 6 or 13 characters.
Easy job and need urgently.
