I need to convert a PDF file back to the original Word doc format. I have tried online utilities and they are not doing exactly what I want. For example, the headers and footers are not text boxes. I need the exact original Word formatting and not even sure if it is possible. I have attached a sample file that anyone can use to show me they can do this project.
