++ Overview ++
We have a requirement for a basic form adding to the job spec page of www.fashionpersonnel.co.uk/hotjobs.php. There’s already a form on the site that posts and attaches a CV (sendcv.php) please recycle this code to save re-writing the upload fuction (it uploads the CV / doc to a temp folder before attaching to an email).
The form must take information from the job spec page (hotjobs.php?idxxxxx) such as job id, date posted, consultant etc. and place it in an email for the corresponding consultant along with the attached CV.
The consultants email address is attached to the job record within the DB. The current ‘hotjobs.php’ writes the consultants email address in the job spec. This will be removed / hidden on the new page. The candidate (filling in the form / applying for the job) will not see the consultants email address. They will be directed to a thank you page (for tracking purposes – application_success.php)
The email that the consultant receives will be formatted as follows:

Errors must write the form if fields are not filled in, incorrectly filled in, CV not attached etc.
++ Additional requirements ++
The links at the top of the page need to function as: Print – This prints the current job details, Email – This reveals a input field where you can add an email address and send the page link to yourself or a friend (indicated in Green Outline), Back to Latest Jobs – This takes you to a page with all jobs (Probably a better way of doing this but for example – http://www.fashionpersonnel.co.uk/search.php?keywords=§or=%25&salary=%25&slocation=%25&x=107&y=12)
++ Project info ++
The dev work will be created on a seperate page (for example hotjobsNEW.php) for testing before updating the live site.
Thanks
