A designer designed a new front end for my website and provided me with the PSD, HTML, CSS files. I need a programmer to integrate these files to my website.

There will be other things I need done besides this so I will provide more details about this project via PMB if your interested to provide a better bid. Because of past projects lack of communication I will need DAILY updates on this via email or IM. Depending when I find the right fit I am looking for someone to start this ASAP and like to get this 100% completed by 10/3/10. That means on my server ready for testing. After testing is complete I will release escrow. Because of the issues I’ve had with programmers backing out on projects I will not place money in escrow until this project is finished.
