As a test, I would like to get 1,000 individual facebook fans , US based and from a specific state, if possible. They will be fans for a local business page. The time frame can be spread out to look like a more natural progression. No contests or giveaways at this time. Fans should stay for 30 days or more.
Again, this is a method test. Full Escrow and release will be dependent on the number of fans, the geographic conditions and the length of stay.
Be sure to include your timeframe and days guaranteed to hold the number on the PMB
