we need the 8 attached JPG files converted to HTML preferably within 24-48 h of accepted bid. Layered PSD will be provided.
the signup form needs to be converted to HTML but doesn’t have to work. Once you are done, a coder will create the CMS
requirements:
1) must be 100% functional with all browsers, including IE6, Safari Mac, Opera, chrome, firefox
2) header and footer should be stretched
3) Horizontal alignment is Centered
4) vertical alignment is top
5) W3C Validated XHTML
7) Table-less coding
8) create common file template for the header and footer
9) the HTML must look 100% the same as PSD, including fonts, colors, box dimensions, margins etc.
we will pick a bidder within hours. please mention if you have worked with us in the past. since this task has a clear outcome we will pick one of the lower bids. please ask or clarify any questions BEFORE we start the project.
this project is very time sensitive, please do not bid if you cannot deliver on time. 24 hours from the time you are selected gets priority.
