Your bid needs to include:
1) 2 simple 5 frame Flash Movies with a Prisoner And Hip Hop theme
2) 3 prisoner images in various aggressive posers – include examples of this

Also detail how much additional work and cost it would be to cut or add individual frames to each video after completion for different split testing that we want to do with the videos
