I need 300 links with Google Page rank of 2 or higher.
Category should preferably be centered around the web hosting industry. But as I know this is competitve, other categories such as Windows/Linux/Programming/Tech related will be accepted.
Anchor Text + Destination Links shall be provided by us.
Link building Requirements:
1. The page our link is actually on must have a page rank 2 or higher
2. links must be from high-quality sites that contain relevant content
3. The link page must be included in the Google index and updated within the past 30 days
4. No links from websites with a Google penalty
5. links must contain our keywords as a text hyperlink
6. One way links only, no reciprocal links.
7. The page where link is placed should be 2 clicks or less from the site’s homepage
8. No more than 20 links on the page where link is placed
9. Dofollow only
10. No link exchange programs or web rings such as linkpartners.com, backlinks.com, etc.
11. links cannot be from porn, casino, blacklisted websites , morally or ethically questionable sites
12. No paid site links
13. No link schemes or link farms or FFAs
14. links cannot be placed on flash sites, article websites, forums, guest books, bulletin boards, directories, social bookmarks, classified ads, or blogs.
16. No links to be made using spam or black/gray tactics
17. links may not be in footer or side column.
18. linking page may not have more than 20 outgoing links per page.
19. Only one link per site.
20. Must agree to replace Bad links with Good links within 3 business days, at your own expense
21. All links must be manually submitted (no software generated links).
BIDDING REQUIREMENT:
– Please send an example of two websites where my link will appear.
– Please only bid if you have references related to link building.
– You must be very trustworthy and not employ any black hat techniques.
– We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable
– Please show two sites that you are currently building links to.
– A description of how you intend to obtain the links during the project time line.
– An indication that you have read and understand ALL the project requirements
– Do not send anything which is not quality. I know link building, but don’t have the time.
– Must provide bi-weekly link building report (see below).
– Must agree to replace Bad links with Good links within 3 business days, at your own expense.
TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY
-All links must be deployed several per day over a period of 6 weeks to avoid any penalties. (building 50 links each week)
-Must report weekly
PAYMENT
Funds will be put in escrow; 50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified. (you must provide us with an Excel spreadsheet as outlined above). The remaining 50% of payment will be made ONLY after Google has cached the links.
Must provide weekly link report which will include Excel spreadsheet containing:
1. link Page Meta Title
2. link Page PR
3. link Page URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. link Text used
