Small business (4 users) requiring a groupware product for emails, contacts, calendaring and tasks. The groupware product is your choice. Whatever you think will be the best fit that will support:

Setup on preferred linux (Centos 5.5) server as a Xen Guest for which ssh access and x forwarding can be provided.
Although FOSS is preferred, fully commercial would be considered for the groupware if the cost would be less than $500 and support all requirements. Sync with Mobile device and possibly even outlook we are aware could require a third party commercial connector.
We are looking for a freelancer that is confident in both their choice of groupware to meet the requirements and also in their ability to setup exactly according to the requirements.
In addition to the setup, the existing email (IMAP) and contacts, calendars and tasks will need to be migrated across from MS Outlook 2003 by the freelancer.
As part of the project it will be required to setup a system to backup and restore the groupware data.
Also it will be required for the freelancer to document any steps in the actual installation, in particular, anything non standard.
Attached to the project is two documents that explain in more detail all of the requirements for the project.
On your quote please advise your choice of groupware and any third party products that would be required for us to purchase. A quote for the project would be required to completion.
I would also like the successful freelancer to be available in future for other projects and maintenance.
Ideally I would like the project completed within 5 days.
