Export Features:
You are able to select an event or time frame to export all the attendees for that event, with all the information stored about them in the system. This will be in CSV format and can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
Newsletters:
Admin is able to send out newsletters to all the database of emails collected, or just for certain events. Includes a newsletter template design.
PDF System Printing:
The system can display the customers for an event, and print out in a letter format, with a peel off label on the top right corner (providing you use this type of paper). Which will outline what needs to be put in the letter for posting. In PDF format, so it can print one per A4 page.
Multiple user levels:
Add users at different levels (admin/operator etc.) which will see different information on the system. Ideal for having staff who you only want to allow checking customers in.
Reports:
Generate and export reports on revenue made per event / revenue for set dates.
Examples of simular systems are a must.
