i have a computer repair shop, and i accept repair from another states so i need the customer watch whats going on with there services .
for example
i got a laptop from California to fix it , i want the customer to open his service from online and approve the cost of repair or just to see how long it will take to repair his laptop or just to print the service form ,
from the other side i want my tech to sign in and write a comment like ( Whats Done ) ( Parts needed ) ( Labor and Parts price )
the service form will have the customer information area, our terms and condition , labor price , parts price , tax , total charge .
