We need someone experienced with Joomla/Civi to set up the following
1) create one of each:
* contribution page
* event page
* membership signup
2) Install civi related modules/components:
* user sign in
* user control panel
* what else?
3) create 1 menu item for each civi item.
We currently have Joomla 1.5.19 installed with CiviCRM 3.1.6
