Basically, i need its Marketplace cloned only. Not the directory.

I want the similar look with a few more features like Auto-Tweeting, Facebook like, SEO options in Admin.
The Admin area must be comprehensive enough to cater features like User Management, IP ban, UserGroups, Promotion of Users when they reach a certain point, Gigs Management etc.
