Troubleshoot & Fix Drupal/ubercart Performance

We’ve got an ecommerce website using Drupal/Ubercart, and the page loads are very slow. We need an experienced Drupal programmer to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I’ve attached a word file with a lot more detail.
