I need you to create me a wordpress plugin for self-hosted wordpress blogs that will work on the newest blog version 3.0.1
This plugin will go to a RSS feed and automatically take content from the feed and post it into my blog automatically.
The feed it will be using is this one at:

Please look at the attached screen shot to see how it will work. This plugin should be VERY EASY and fast to create.
1. This plugin will copy the name of the video and put this as a the name of a new post.
2. the plugin will copy the flv URL and put this in between the [FLV] tags in the post body.
3. This plugin will assign all posts to the “Qik Videos” categories.
4. This plugin will repeat all these steps for every video in the RSS video and will also check for new videos everyday added to this RSS feed.
This is a very simple plugin and should not take long. The only settings for the plugin will be:
1. Where is the RSS video url.
2. Which category should posts be put under.
