This is a simple website that describes our organization and takes information from prospective new members.

The site will have ‘Home’, ‘About Us’, ‘News’, ‘Contact Us’, with form fields, Join, Calendar, pages.

On the ‘Join’ page, there will be several form fields and radio buttons. I will give you these later. You will add dropdowns for all cities and states in the U.S. (I do not have these). Only U.S.A.
After clicking to apply, applicant gets auto email that is modifiable from admin.
Admin page should be very easy to use. Easy to add ‘News’ headlines and enter calendar dates.
Main admin should allow for creation of sub-admin username and passwords. Main admin can create and delete these. Sub-admins cannot create or modify other admins.
Main admin can see list of all subadmins from one page.
It should be easy for admin to view new unapproved applicant members. Admin can approve or deny members. Able to delete members.
If member is approved, the script should automatically send an email (customizable from admin).
Easy to see all approved members, email all members, search for a member based on name, State (U.S.), city, skills. email a specific member.
Able to See all members by State, or by city.
Drop down menus should have all Cities and States. Able to email all of these groups (all in City, All in State, All Total).
Able to see total number of members per city and state conveniently from one page.
Prospective members should be able to go to homepage and see map of U.S. then click on State, then click on name of city and find local group, and join local group. You will add every city in the U.S.
When someone joins, the local admin will get a message stating that member joined. There should be auto email for all new members.
Anything that you use must be legally usable for my website. You must have the rights to use them.

You will upload everything that is necessary to my server in order to make it work. You will show me your work on your server first.
I will pay by escrow after it is uploaded and all bugs are fixed.
You will need to customize the scripts according to my descriptions. I will give you more specific details before you start.
Also, add feature so that each approved new members gets an email adddress and email account on my site.
