I’m looking to have software designed to create swim workouts & track swimming progress. It needs to be created for both MAC and PC, with the MAC version first if possible.

The basic idea for this is for users to be able to enter their times for specific distances and swim strokes at a certain pace. Once these settings are entered, they can go through and create a workout, and the time intervals for each segment of the workout will be calculated automatically based on the times they entered under settings. Users should be able to create/save/edit multiple workouts. When creating a workout, they should also be asked how long the workout should be (in distance or in time). EX. If they say they want to complete a 1 hour workout, the software will reference their times under settings and provide a recommended range for workout distance. If a specific workout distance is entered, an approximate total workout time should be given based on referencing the time settings.
There should also be a progress tracker segment where users can enter their times for specific test sets that they do. Either within that progress tracker OR in a separate Swim Meet Tracker segment, users should be able to create meets or events, and enter their times for specific events at those meets. EX. A user swims the 100 free and 100 fly at 5 different swim meets in 3 months. They should be able to enter their times for each of the 5 swim meets, and possibly see a graph of their progress.
Specifications for time calculations within the workouts are included in the attached excel spreadsheet (see comments as well). If possible, have the workouts created as a PDF, and please keep the same format as the attached PDF Sample Workout.
