I have listed a property I own in Bulgaria on ebay. The auction has around 7 days left to run. There are currently around 3 watchers and have had a couple of people ask questions. However, no bids and I really need to sell this property ASAP. I am looking for someone to market this auction aggressively to get lots of watchers, get the bidding started and sell for hopefully a good price, or at least reach the reserve. The starting bid is £2999 with a reserve of £24999. It is a good price for the property.
If you can do well for me on this project I have another property to list and after that could easily make a good business out of selling property this way for other people as have many contacts of people wanting to sell property in Bulgaria quickly.
