I am in need of a site similar to http://eco-cell.org . I think someone good with joomla or wordpress can do it fast and easily.

Main points :
1) No registration needed
2) Choose a free template or suggest a paid template for the CMS (joomla or WP) which is a green(eco-friendly) theme
3) Editable Top menu needed (about us, resources, etc)
4) Editable Main menu needed (Recyle your phone, etc)
5) Editable sidemenu needed (FAQs , Register, etc)
6) Main area to display content of pages.
7) Must be 2.0 and should look good, doesn’t matter if it’s a template (free) or you can suggest one if you want me to buy it.
Optional :
If you are a graphic designer, you can also do custom images and logo (or use appropriate stock photos from the internet which I can buy for you).
Looking to proceed with someone on this project asap. Should be easy project for a pro. Send 3-5 samples of joomla work or 1 sample of similar site that you have done. Thanks.
