Synchronized Flash Video Player With Chat

We need an extended, synchronized Flash video player combined with chat functionality.
Two users go into one such video-chat-room for collective video watching and chatting. During this, both of them should see the same videos.
The videoplayer contains icons on the left and right side. Clicking one of those icons will start the new video in both clients (both users see starting that new video). If user A starts a new video, then user B should see an automatic start of that video as well, and vice versa.
While watching videos synchronized this way, the players can also chat with each other via the built-in chat.

Upon entering the room, a default video will be started in both clients. (This is not video conferencing, only static videos, placed earlier on the server, will be played.)
If a video ends without user interaction, a predefined video will be started automatically.

There can be several ten to hundred private rooms open at the same time. The videos are very short, the typical duration varies between 1 and 10 seconds.
The system should be capable to play a short video in “repeat mode”. The buffering delays should be minimal, video changes/starts should occur smoothly.

If “Exit room” is clicked by any participant, both participants will leave the room (they will return to an external partner search page for finding new partners).

We want to be compatible with mobile devices as much as possible.

As server, we plan to use Flash Media Server.

See attached base-layout.jpg for layout draft. The Flash application pixel size will be probably smaller (eg 640×360 px). I’ve grayed-out not needed parts, please ignore them.

Please bid only if you have made similar projects earlier, you are a proven expert of this area, and you can present us your related earlier works.
