I need a website or template for a website where users can upload a photo with a little comment on it and where other users can vote/rate the picture.
It must be like http://ugliesttattoos.com ,not for tattoos but for cars. But it has to be cleaner, white background, with space for ads and simple fool-proof photo upload.
On top 2 buttons, upload and view. View should be a matrix of 3 or 4 pictures wide with one comment line under it. If you click on the picture the rest of the photos and comments will become visible.
The idea is that people can upload a max of 3 photo’s of an ugly car and that other people can vote and comment on the car.
The website-logo should be added to each uploaded photo in see-trough.
regular users can login or a visitor should be able to comment after leaving e-mail address.
On the site you have to be able to search or select a car brand and see al its postings.
My other websites use WordPress but you are free to choose the technique necessary. If you need more info, please let me know, I´ve got a detailed design ready!
