I require design and development for a web app.
The app will allow a user to create an image or javacript widget that shows the users timezone and updates it every 60 minutes.
A user can then embed this image / widget in their webpage, email forum etc.
Functionality is based on WhenIsMyWedding.com
I have attached a wireframe mockup of each screen with notes on how some items work.
For design i require the style to look like the editor and blog at Toddle.com
Code must be valid XHTML & CSS (No tables) and PHP. No PHP frameworks please.
Code must be well commented in English and functions should be give clear names to indicate their purpose.
