Css Problems

Need incompatibilities in IE fixing in my CSS file.

The page can be seen here: http://www.inkycartridge.co.uk/osc/

Works in Firefox and Chrome but in IE, duplicates the main box and in some versions displays a scrollbar at the top of the page.
