My client had someone unfamiliar with WordPress make changes to her site. It went down and has the following error:
Warning: require_once(/lib/file-utility/file-utility.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
No idea what was done and I have tried unsuccessfully to get it back online.
