This is a simple “Advertisement Service” System which is Intended to “Automotize” the Advertisement Entry ,Typing, Handling, Managing, Documenting, Reporting Processes and Financial, Accounting Reports, History of Advertisement entries, archiving of the entered material, User Profile Information etc which are normally done daily in a Manual basis via the paperwork.
This system should be equipped with Administrative Client Tools and System Client Tools. Main Logical Structure of the System is shown below at the end of this word document (on the 2’nd page).
Everything is Described and Sketched in the attachment as an Image.. Please take a look at the Attachment Image .. The Structure is Neat and very easy to understand for the programmers and web developers..
The Intent is to “Automatize” these Processes and Link them all to One Database.
Main purpose of the system is to create one service channel for other External Service Systems. It will act like gateway for external systems as well as it will have its own Application Client.
The Architecture is Multi-Tiered J2EE Model. (Multi Tiered model can be constructed as an Enterprise Model with Application Server or Simple Web Application based on a Struts Framework with logically separated Business Logic).
Below is the short summary of the work flow of the System:
• To use “Advertisement. Service” of the System , first of all, End Users must be registered by System Administrator of the System (Administrative Tool)
• There are three ways Clients can interact with the System :
1. Clients can have their own System that communicates with System via Web Service interface.
2. Communication via GSM Client.
3. System has its own Web Application Client.
• Client sends request for service to the System “Business Layer”. System processes the request and sends back response to the client. Any request will be recorded in a Database.
• System Users can monitor system activity and request via System Client Tool.
• Administrative Client Tool can be used to manage users, payments and manage service settings.
